Demetrious Lara, Semester 2 Staff Reporter
Demetrious Lara is a freshman at the Academies @ Englewood. He is a member of the Law & Public Safety Academy and is very passionate about the classes. In his free time, Demetrious enjoys listening to music, playing videogames, and reading. He is a laid back person and is often in a good mood. He’s a family man and loves being around those he loves. Freshman year was a challenge for Lara, at first. Transitioning from the Middle School to the high school proved to be quite the daunting task. It took him awhile, but he finally managed to get the swing of things, working hard to keep good grades and learn newswriting.
