The Start of the Law Review Club

DMAE prides itself on its immense diversity of clubs and its efforts to incorporate the varied talents of its student body. It does so by giving students the creative liberty to create their own clubs. A successful example of this is the new Law Review club, spearheaded by juniors Victoria Konopka and Luana Case. The Law Review is a law journal that focuses on students’ personal takes on legal matters based on research.

“The Law Review improves the school’s involvement with law. As a law teacher, I appreciate that this club gives students the opportunity to learn more about law outside the classroom,” advisor John Faure shared.

Students have the opportunity to express their passions for law through writing. The main purpose of the Law Review is to provide an outlet for students to explore their interests in law and the many ways it impacts the world today.

“Members take on the role of writers and researchers, with the primary focus of engaging students in law and encouraging them to gain knowledge of the many aspects of the law,” co-founder Victoria Konopka expressed.

The Law Review is an amazing space for students at DMAE to collaborate with others, gain professional and legal skills, and learn more about the depths of law.
