Timmy Zhang, a sophomore in the Finance Academy, is a first year writer of The Maroon Tribune. He enjoys a diverse distinct array of hobbies and basketball, shown through volunteering in his hometown’s middle school. In addition to being a staff reporter for The Maroon Tribune, he is a member of DECA, FBLA, Dr. John Grieco Scholarship Fund, and Diversity Clubs. When he's not pursuing his grades, he spends his free time hanging out with his friends. He believes in the benefits of technology and what it can offer, but also acknowledges the cons it can provide through overuse. Through The Maroon Tribune, he hopes to juggle writing about literature with writing about school events.
