The Maroon Tribune

Leticia Wood
Leticia Wood, a sophomore in the Pre-Engineering Academy, is a first year writer of the Maroon Tribune. She enjoys having a diverse set of extracurricular activities and participates in the Mock Trial team, the Junior States of America Club, and the Interact Club. Though she is in Pre-Engineering, she does not plan on pursuing it in the future, and instead, is striving toward a career in the sciences. When she is not studying for a class, she enjoys discussing politics and the social conflicts that plague America everyday. She believes that even in a modern society, news is the lens that people look through to learn about the issues in the world and become inspired. Thus, Leticia hopes to provide a lens for the DMAE campus to improve their surroundings by continuing to write for the newspaper until she graduates.
