Godsy Philip
Godsy Philip, a junior in the Law and Public Safety Academy at the [email protected], is a second-year member and an editor of The Maroon Tribune. She is also a member of the DMAE Mock Trial team, a member of the National English Honors Society, and the State Assembly Representative of the school’s Junior State of America chapter. She is also a member of the school’s girls’ Ice Hockey Team and enjoys skating in her free time. She enjoys discussing political and social issues that affect the country on a national basis. As a student in the Law and Public Safety Academy, she hopes to pursue a career in the field of law, with a concentration on civil rights as it pertains to marginalized and minority groups in the nation. She hopes to bring a unique perspective to the DMAE campus through her continued involvement in writing for the school newspaper.
